Blizzard Battle.net負責人之一Greg Canessa在一個公開場合上, 表示會在加強Battle.net上的用戶功能, 當中包括加入交易買賣及比賽錄影. 同時暗示會在Starcraft II 資料片 Heart of Swarm上市前18月開始更新, 以時間推算, Starcraft II : Heart of Swarm最快也要2012才會推出市面, 而Starcraft II結局的第二張資料片Starcraft II : Legacy of the Void預計最快也要2014才上會上市

StarCraft II昨天7月27日全球正式同步發行，謠傳開發費用高達1億美元，美國投資公司預計StarCraft II首年可賣出高700萬份，為Blizzard Entertainment帶來3.5億美元收入。
Blizzard收入多少不重要，最重要是StarCraft II 在港已經正式發售，價格為$488。
各大機迷期待的Starcraft II Wings of Liberty還有七日便正式發售, 官方也在正式發售日公佈其系統要求, 系統要求出乎意料地低呢!
