Samsung一直努力鞏固Android Tablet市場的佔有率，繼推出Galaxy S WiFi 4.0後，今個月初再推出屏幕大1"的Galaxy S WiFi 5.0。
Galaxy S WiFi 5.0除了採用更大的5"觸控屏外，其他規格功與Galaxy S WiFi 4.0差不多，配備Hummingbird 1GHz處理器，8GB儲存空間，預載Android 操作系統，
內置Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n及Bluetooth 3.0等等。Galaxy S WiFi 5.0最大賣點當然是其5"大屏幕，無論怎樣看也比4"的舒適。
Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 5.0已經在港上市，售價比4.0多$300，售港幣$2,398。
