Motorola年初發佈了兩款Tegra 2雙核智能電話，分別是Atrix及Droid Bionic。前者已經正式上市，後者則上市遙遙無期。在最近的Droid Bionic規格表上，已經顯示轉用PowerVR SGX540圖像晶片，這晶片屬TI OMAP 4430或4440的處理器，這無疑暗示了Droid Bionic 改用TI OMAP的處理器，不再採Nvidia Tegra 2。
