Google在Twitter微博表示，Android 2.3.3的更新已經發佈，除了Nexus S可以更新外，Nexus One也獲升級，當然Nexus One 用不到NFC的功能。這次Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread的更新將會透過OTA發送，最主要是新增NFC的讀寫功能及解決隨機重新啟動的問題。
