Samsung 已經表示會在2月舉行的Mobile World Congress 2011上發佈Galaxy S的後繼機Galaxy S2 。目前有關Galaxy S2的規格曝光。
Samsung Galaxy S2的開發代號為Seine, 採用4.3" WVGA解控屏幕，採用Samsung 自家的Orion Cortex A9雙核心處理器，配有1GB RAM及支援NFC，內置支援1080P全高清攝錄800萬像素鏡頭，預載Android 2.3 Gingerbread操作系統，整體厚度少於9mm。
